The Flagship Engagement
The Ark 90
90 days of one-to-one work with me to clarify your offer, reach the right customers and make better sales decisions—grounded in biblical wisdom.
Not a course.
Not a mastermind.
Not another strategy deck you’ll never implement.
I diagnose what is actually broken — then build from there.
I work with you directly to clarify what you’ve been given to build, translate it for the right market and execute a focused revenue motion.
God’s Word is the foundation—not a verse added to a business framework after the fact. It shapes what I ask, how I make decisions with you and how the work is carried out: with discernment, truthful promises, service and stewardship.
Your time with me
1 hour, one-to-one, each week.
I help you diagnose, decide and review. You bring the real business, customer feedback and willingness to act between meetings.
It fits founders before launch as well as those already selling.
The investment
US$5,000 per month.
For 3 months. US$15,000 total. I work with you directly throughout the engagement.
The practical work
A clearer offer. A focused plan.
A diagnosis and priorities, customer-tested messaging, clear offer scope and an action-and-review rhythm. These are the focus of the work—not a promise of sales.
Days 01–30
Diagnose & Align
Begin with wisdom, not another tactic. I help you examine identity, responsibility and market reality before deciding what needs to change.
James 1:5 · Proverbs 20:5
Ask God for wisdom. Draw out what sits beneath the surface.
Prayerful reflection, honest questions and a review of your offer, customer evidence and numbers shape a clear diagnosis and focused priorities.
Days 31–60
Translate & Position
ICP, positioning and offer, made plain enough for the right person to recognize the value and act on it.
1 Peter 4:10 · Proverbs 11:1
Use what you have received to serve. Deal honestly with people.
I help you turn your strengths into a clear offer, test the language with real people and set truthful expectations about value, price and delivery.
Days 61–90
Execute & Prove
A focused go-to-market motion, real conversations, real revenue signal, and an operating system that can be measured and repeated.
James 1:22 · Proverbs 21:5
Put conviction into practice. Choose diligence over haste.
I help you follow through on a focused plan, review what actually happens and build a sustainable rhythm of action, correction and stewardship.
Biblical wisdom. Put to work.
Identity before output. Service before self-interest. Integrity in the exchange. Stewardship in the growth. These convictions run through every stage—not just the beginning.
Scripture supplies the wisdom. The Ark 90 is my practical application of it—not a biblically prescribed 90-day method or a promise of financial results.
- 01
Identity
Genesis 1:26–28
You bear God's image before you produce anything. Your worth is not a revenue target.
I help you separate who you are from what you have built, so decisions begin with conviction rather than comparison.
- 02
Assignment
Ephesians 2:10
Good works flow from who you are in Christ—not from trying to earn your identity.
I help you clarify the work you can responsibly take on now, alongside your gifts, commitments and capacity. A business idea still needs discernment; it is not automatically a divine instruction.
- 03
Opportunity
Philippians 2:4
Look beyond your own interests to the interests of others.
I help you investigate a real problem, listen to the people living with it and test whether your strengths can serve them meaningfully.
- 04
ICP
Proverbs 18:13
Listen before you answer. Understanding comes before advice.
I help you speak with potential customers, understand their circumstances and identify who your work can genuinely help—not just who might buy.
- 05
Positioning
Ephesians 4:25
Put away falsehood. Speak truthfully to your neighbour.
I help you describe your value plainly, distinguish evidence from aspiration and remove claims your experience or delivery cannot support.
- 06
Offer
Proverbs 11:1
Honest measures matter to God. Integrity belongs in the exchange.
I help you define what someone receives, what it costs and what you can faithfully deliver—with clear scope and no inflated promises.
- 07
Go-To-Market
Proverbs 21:5
Diligent planning is wiser than hurried activity.
I help you choose a focused way to reach the right people, set a workable cadence and test it consistently rather than chase every channel.
- 08
Revenue
Proverbs 27:23–24
Know the condition of what is in your care. Resources require attention, not assumption.
Applying that stewardship to a business, I help you examine sales, cash, costs and customer outcomes. Revenue is evidence to understand—not proof of God's approval or a measure of your worth.
- 09
Operating System
Exodus 18:17–23
Moses needed wise counsel and shared responsibility—not an unsustainable burden carried alone.
Applying that wisdom to your work, I help you establish clear responsibilities, repeatable processes and a review rhythm that respects your limits and supports faithful follow-through.
By Day 90, you should know:
- Who you’re building for.
- Why they care.
- What you’re selling.
- How you’ll reach them.
- What the numbers are telling you.
- What to repeat next.
Purpose still has to become useful.
For founders already in motion and willing to let reality change the plan.

04 — About Soo
Experience across the whole system—not one narrow playbook.
I bring 18 years as an entrepreneur: building a fintech book of business, running a marketing agency, creating DoorToTable.ca from nothing, and working in revenue operations.
For you, that means the work does not stop at messaging. It connects identity to offer, offer to market, market to sales, and sales to an operating motion you can measure and repeat.
I walk in my calling by helping you steward yours—with truth, evidence and a character being formed into His image in real marketplace decisions, not through performance.
You keep your identity. The work makes it commercially legible.
Begin with a conversation.
The Ark 90 starts with a diagnostic conversation about what you’ve built, what the market is telling you and what needs attention first. I’ll discuss whether the scope, weekly commitment and investment fit your situation. If it isn’t the right work, I’ll say so.
