Designed. Called. Built with purpose.

The Ark

You were never meant to build from someone else’s blueprint.

There was an original design. An identity. An assignment. Something entrusted to you to build.

We learned to become bricks.

Borrowed identities. Borrowed models. Borrowed positioning. Borrowed definitions of success.

You were never created to be a brick.

Living stones. Formed differently. Placed intentionally. Built together for purpose. 1 Peter 2:5

IIIRemembrance

Identity before strategy.

What you build downstream is shaped by who you’re building from upstream.

Scripture has a principle of first reference: the first time a truth appears, it sets the pattern for everything after. And the first thing God says about humanity is not what we must do—it is whose image we bear. Made in His likeness. Then, and only then, called to be fruitful and multiply.

Identity before assignment. Design before output. The order is not accidental—it is the architecture.

Made in His image. Called to be fruitful. Genesis 1:26–28

Most founders don’t have a tactics problem first. They have an alignment problem.

The Ark begins upstream.

IVAlignment

Calling must survive contact with the market.

Calling is not a substitute for evidence. Market evidence is not a substitute for calling. The Ark lives between the two.

You may not have a marketing problem. You may have an upstream translation problem.

The Ark 9

Nine gates. One integrated path from original design to repeatable revenue.

  1. 01Identity

    Who are you building from?

  2. 02Assignment

What are you responsible to build now?

  3. 03Opportunity

Where does your assignment meet a real problem?

  4. 04ICP

Who needs it badly enough to act?

  5. 05Positioning

How will they recognize its value?

  6. 06Offer

    What exactly can they buy?

  7. 07Go-To-Market

How will the right people repeatedly find you?

  8. 08Revenue

How does attention become decision and cash?

  9. 09Operating System

Can the motion be measured and repeated?

VIWho It’s For

Whether you’re starting or stuck, start upstream.

Just getting started

You have a sense of what you were given to build, but no offer, no customers and no clear first step yet.

The Ark helps you build it right from the beginning—identity, assignment and market evidence before you spend years on someone else’s blueprint.

Already building

You’ve built the site. Created the offer. Bought the software. Posted the content. You’ve been moving—but the market isn’t responding clearly enough.

Maybe the market doesn’t understand you. Maybe the right assignment has been wrapped in the wrong business model.

The Ark finds the first place the system broke. Not 47 fixes. The first one.

VIINot Another Course

You probably don’t need more information.

  • You’ve watched the videos.
  • Bought the programs.
  • Used the frameworks.
  • Downloaded the templates.
  • Reworked the offer.
  • Changed the niche. Changed it back.

Knowing isn’t the bottleneck anymore.

Execution is. Discernment is. Correction is.

What changes everything is a trusted eye on what you’ve actually built—someone who will tell you plainly: this is working. This isn’t. Kill this. Test that. Call these people. Now go sell it.

Portrait of Soo, founder of The Ark
VIIIThe Founder

You don’t need another person telling you who to become.

Soo helps founders see the whole commercial system—then find the first place it stopped making sense.

Across 18 years as an entrepreneur, she has built a fintech book of business, run a marketing agency, built DoorToTable.ca from nothing, and worked inside revenue operations.

That range matters because your offer, positioning, sales motion and operating reality are not separate problems. A break upstream keeps showing up downstream.

The work helps you distinguish activity from evidence, translate calling into something the market can recognize, and build a revenue motion you can actually steward.

This is how Soo walks in her own calling: helping you build from yours. Not by giving you another identity to wear, but by making what is already there clear enough to move.

IXThe Name

An ark was never a metaphor for safety. It was a build order.

One man. Exact specifications. Executed years before there was any evidence it was needed.

You don’t get that. You don’t get certainty in advance, and you shouldn’t want it. But you were given something specific to build — and most founders are building something else, to someone else’s blueprint, and calling it obedience — and wonder why they are miserable.

The work is finding out which one you’re doing.

XFruitfulness

You were created to do something with it.

To build. To cultivate. To serve. To solve. To create. To leave something better than you found it.

“Be fruitful and multiply” was never only about children. It is the first commission ever given—to fill the earth with what reflects its Maker. Fruitfulness reaches into every sphere: your relationships, your work, your creativity, your leadership, every endeavour placed in your hands.

For a founder, that changes the question. Not “how much can I produce?” but “what am I multiplying?” Genuine value. People served well. Growth worth passing on. Revenue matters—but it is not the whole harvest.

And the work itself is representation. We reflect Him not by performance, but by a character being formed into His image—in the pricing, the selling, the pressure, the everyday realities of the marketplace. No exception.

Build what you were actually given to build. Make it plain enough for the right people to recognize. Prove it in the market. Steward the growth.
